At Zaish Sliders Pk, we stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• You receive a completely different product than what was shown or ordered.

• The product delivered is of noticeably low or unacceptable quality.

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to any reason.

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email at zaishsliders@gmail.com.

• Provide your order details along with clear photos for verification (if applicable).

• Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as agreed.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after placing the order. We only process refunds for valid concerns as listed above.
